Here’s what you’ll be doing:
-Optimize shipping operations by coordinating with port authorities, freight forwarders, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure accurate documentation, timely cargo tracking, and immediate resolution of damages or discrepancies.
-Deliver on-time, error-free shipments by reconciling inventory with port roll lists, maintaining precise booking records, and preparing all final shipping documents and billing in collaboration with operations and finance.
Skills:
-Understanding of Microsoft Excel and database functions, as well as competence with them.
-Mindset that is forward-thinking with the capacity to decode problems
quickly.
-Knowledge of QuickBooks a plus.
