LOGISTICS COORDINATOR

Tribeca Cabinetry and St Martin America Cabinetry is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Coordinator to join our growing team. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our fleet, delivering kitchen cabinets and bathroom vanities to our customers across 4 warehouse locations located in PA, NJ, FL and MD.
We are located in Middle River, MD and we have been in business for just over a decade. We are rapidly expanding for the needs of our customer base. As a semi-custom cabinetry company, we are looking to take the company to the next level by providing timely deliveries using our own fleet of trucks as well as TL and LTL.

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
· Exceptional Communication skills, both written and verbal
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks simultaneously
· Minimum of 2 years’ experience with dispatching
· Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
· Understanding of DOT regulations for commercial drivers
· Familiarity of driver log books and electronic logs

Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and Dispatching: Efficiently schedule trucks from our three warehouses to meet client needs and delivery timelines.
  • Serve as the primary communication liaison between drivers, warehouse managers, and clients.
  • Manage relationships with our transportation providers, dealers and internal supervisors to resolve and improve shipping issues.
  • Follow up on order and shipping errors to ensure accuracy for customer satisfaction.
  • Must be familiar with DOT operating rules for commercial drivers
  • Logistics Optimization: optimize routing and manage unforeseen logistical challenges and provide communication to manager.
  • Outside of the box thinking to coordinate last minute changes
