Responsibilities

You will be part of our Logistics Coordination team of dedicated professionals. Together with the team, you will ensure smooth and compliant international logistics operations. In this role, you will manage both export shipments and import process activities equally, ensuring compliance with regulations and customer needs. You will play a key role in developing and improving procedures for both import and export processes while acting as an expert in logistics matters. You will be in close co-operation with internal teams, logistics providers and customs authorities. You will report to Manager, Logistics Coordination.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Provide expert advice on import and export matters to internal stakeholders.
  • Coordinate import clearance instructions, delivery bookings, and respond to commodity code-related inquiries with logistics service providers (LSPs) and brokers.
  • Conduct preferential origin investigations and issue supplier declarations when required.
  • Plan and manage export shipments with various transport modes (sea, air, land, courier), considering specific requirements such as DGR, country-specific documentation needs, and payment methods.
  • Collaborate with customers, banks, insurance companies, and the Chamber of Commerce to handle shipment-related documentation (e.g., L/C, CAD).
  • Manage Intrastat reporting and handle transportation damage claims with LSPs and insurance companies.
