Vantage Liners is seeking a skilled and adaptable Logistics Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As a logistics coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the movement of goods from suppliers to customers. The ideal candidate will possess a strong ability to manage complex logistics operations, solve problems, and work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate (Bachelor’s degree or equivalent).
  • Minimum 2 years of logistics or supply chain experience.
  • Quick thinker with problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
    Job Type: Permanent
    Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per mont
Responsibilities
  • Manage and track the daily movement of goods and shipments.
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth logistics operations.
  • Handle shipping documentation, including bills of lading, invoices, and customs paperwork.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to inventory, delays, and transportation challenges.
  • Monitor delivery schedules and ensure timely deliveries to clients.
  • Communicate with team members and clients to resolve any logistical issues efficiently.
  • Provide updates and reports on logistics operations to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, legal, and regulatory standards related to logistics.
