Description

Your responsibilitiesCoordinate frozen import shipments from around the world into North America.
Manage last-mile logistics for ocean reefer containers.
Coordinate outbound shipments from inventory to customers, from A to Z.
Work closely with suppliers, freight forwarders, warehouses and trucking providers.
Follow up on customs and FDA releases.
Troubleshoot shipment and supply chain issues and proactively resolve service problems.
Communicate with internal teams including Customer Service, Supply Chain and Accounting.
Help ensure excellent service levels in a fast-paced, growing environment.

What we're looking forFluent English, written and spoken, as the role supports the U.S. market.
Previous experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain or a related field.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Excellent ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
A proactive, assertive and solution-oriented approach.
Comfortable working independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Strong computer skills; Excel, Outlook and Word.
Experience with SAP and/or EDI is an asset.
Comfortable working with technology and online logistics platforms.
