You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and timely delivery of reformers, accessories, and promotional materials, while keeping the customer experience front of mind.

  • The role is Part Time across 5 days (20-25 hours per week)
  • The role is fully remote with likelihood of becoming hybrid with a local office space in the near future.
  • Open to applicants from London and or surrounding areas as the role is hybrid. The office space will likely be close to the Milton Keynes or surrounding areas.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Valid UK driver’s license with a clean driving record and reliable transportation.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask effectively.
  • A proactive, self-starter attitude with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Friendly, honest, and customer-centric mindset with a problem-solving approach.
  • Willingness to learn, adaptable to change, and committed to maintaining a high standard of professionalism.
  • Proficient in basic computer applications; familiarity with Microsoft Excel is required.
Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support the expansion and management of a third-party logistics network based in Milton Keynes, including final mile delivery solutions.
  • Laise with our 3PL in The Netherlands and act as our main logistics support in all European time zones.
  • Explore and evaluate delivery service options (e.g., white glove delivery) to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Establish and maintain strong communication with distribution partners and freight carriers.
  • Coordinate and book national and international shipments, including direct communication with customers for delivery updates and issue resolution.
  • Manage customer service tickets via Zendesk, providing timely logistics updates and maintaining a customer-first approach in all interactions.
  • Assist with inventory management and shipping of accessories, activewear, and promotional products (e.g., influencer collaborations or potential photoshoots).
  • Conduct regular stocktakes and manage stock levels for retail, wholesale, spare parts, and Pilates starter kits.
  • Coordinate logistics for PR activations, photoshoots, and promotional events.
  • Investigate and resolve issues related to missing, incorrect, or damaged shipments, ensuring professional and prompt customer communication.
  • Report on logistics issues, including units affected, financial impact, and recurring trends.
  • Assist with Occupational Health & Safety (OH&S) tasks and weekly reporting as required.
  • Maintain accurate data entry in warehouse management systems to support inventory control and operational efficiency.
  • Promote and follow safe work practices in compliance with all relevant safety regulations.
