Logistics Cost Clearance Operations Verify logistics invoices and statements in accordance with approved documentation. Ensure billing verification activities are fully compliant with established operating procedures, internal controls, and audit requirements. Utilize relevant systems supporting Logistics Cost Clearance (LCC) processes. Be a contact window for all topics related to logistics cost. 2. Project Implementation & System Support Participate in the implementation of the Logistics Cost Clearance (LCC) platform. Play as a user for system testing, validation, and acceptance of new system setups, enhancements, and process changes. Provide training, guidance and follow up logistics service providers’ s performance to ensure alignment with defined processes and standards. 3. Process Optimization & Continuous Improvement Develop deep expertise in LCC processes to proactively identify inefficiencies, risks, and improvement opportunities. Be entrepreneurial and creative in building the best-tailored solution to meet the requests from customers, management. Help customers to drive cost saving as an expert in logistics cost. Ad hoc report as per requests. 4. Transportation & Logistics Operations Support Support other logistics and transportation-related tasks as assigned by the manager. Take responsibility for resolving operational issues and coordinating with internal stakeholders and logistics service providers. Qualifications 3~5 years-experience in accounting, logistics, or Import-Export; or related fields. Fluent in Japanese (JLPT N2 or higher) and basic proficiency in English. Proficient in computer applications such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Word Strong pproblem-solving skill. Excellent communication and inter-personal skills with ability to work with cross-functions. Project management experience is an advantage. Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
