• Manage customer accounts relating to warehousing and logistics requests.
• Responding to customers’ emails and requests for inventory and delivery requests.
• Maintaining accuracy of customers’ inventory via WMS.
• Processing customers’ order requests and co-ordinating with warehouse team for pick and pack process.
• Well versed in Excel and other basic PC skills.
