• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (preferred).

• Handle day-to-day communication with clients regarding shipment updates, order tracking, and issue resolution.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and logistics efficiency.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other platforms.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and logistics data.
• Help foster a positive customer experience through professionalism and timely service.
