Key Responsibilities: Oversee end-to-end customs clearance for commercial vehicles, passenger cars, ATA cars, non-EU vehicles and others; coordinate brokers and support customs brokerage development in Europe. Customs Compliance, risk and close loop management from very beginning to very end. New Regulations Investigation and consultancy ( e.g. countervailing Duty, CBAM and F-GAS .). Guide and support applying for requested customs documents if needed (e.g. investigation and application of BOI, BTI per requested) Support the New Market Development and benchmarking analysis customs-wise ( localized regulation/ compliance / consultancy services etc.) Support HS classification, standardizing, training and contracting customs-wise. Support the IT system development customs-wise and deferment account, bank guarantee, fiscal representative and tax declaration, if needed. Support end year auditing and supplier evaluation and management Customs-wise. Per part of logistics, also support commercial vehicle operations, including customs, transportation, invoicing, claims, deliveries and support procurement for commercial vehicles (Bus, Truck etc.). Perform other tasks assigned by leadership. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or above in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Trade, or related field. Strong experience in customs compliance, regulations and consultancy in EU. Strong skills at data management, communication, and problem-solving. Proficient in Microsoft Office and logistics/ERP/CRM systems etc. Proactive, rigorous, conscientious, meticulous, and actively involved in teamwork.
