About Logistics Department & this role The Logistics Department manages and oversees the inbound flow, storage, and transportation of all passenger vehicles across Europe. We are currently undergoing a comprehensive digital transformation, and this position will serve as a key driver in leading and delivering that transformation. In the early stages, the role will be more system-focused, shifting later toward data analysis and optimization. Key Responsibilities: In this role, you will play a pivotal part in our logistics digitalization journey by: Supporting the transition from offline operations to online system workflows (primary); Collaborating with stakeholders to define system requirements and optimize processes; Participating in system integration, enhancement, testing (UAT), and project rollout; Using data to identify improvement opportunities and support operational decision-making. Coordinate daily communication with European compounds & transportation suppliers regarding inbound/outbound vehicles, storage status, and operational issues, in particular data issues. Maintain data accuracy: stock lists, VIN updates, CMR/CRM records, and compound reports. Provide operational support to NSCs and internal stakeholders as needed. Requirements: - Technical / System Skills: Experience in digitalization and system integration; Familiarity with systems such as CRM, TMS, SAP, MES, WMS, or OTD. - Business & Soft Skills Ability to translate business needs into system or data requirements; Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management. - Data Analysis & Technical Skills: Ability to support data-driven system optimization, including process automation, UAT validation, and integration of analytics into daily operations; Strong data analysis capability applied to logistics processes such as inbound/outbound flows, inventory management, and customs clearance.
