CSafe is seeking a Logistics Data Analyst (LDA) to join our team in Monroe, Ohio. This position will support the global logistics and fulfillment function by analyzing and interpreting operational and logistics data to deliver actionable insights that drive efficiency, cost optimization, and service excellence. The LDA will focus on turning raw data into meaningful outputs and clear recommendations, enabling leadership to make informed, strategic decisions. The LDA will report to the Director of Logistics.

Responsibilities
  • Analyze historical demand, customer forecasts, and logistics performance to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
  • Own the end-to-end demand forecasting process, including data gathering, modeling, and forecast creation, to support logistics planning
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to validate and adjust demand forecasts, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and business objectives
  • Interpret raw data into clear, actionable insights that guide decisions on depot inventory management, container restocking, and transportation flows
  • Create and maintain dashboards and reports (Power BI, Excel, SQL) that highlight business impacts and recommended actions, not just metrics
  • Translate analytical findings into practical business recommendations that balance cost, efficiency, and service quality
  • Evaluate transportation lane tariffs, 3PL performance, and service costs; provide insights to support negotiations and cost reduction
  • Identify process gaps and recommend improvements, including automation and digital enhancements
  • Collaborate with Finance, Sales, and Operations teams to align insights with business goals and ensure accuracy of logistics data
  • Clearly communicate findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders, focusing on operational and financial impact
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen global fulfillment and logistics performance
