What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, Economics, or another quantitative discipline.
• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related analytical role.
• Strong ability to transform complex data analysis into clear and actionable business recommendations.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with both technical and business teams.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese, with strong written and verbal communication skills for global collaboration.
• Growth mindset with strong ownership and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools.
