Logistics Data Coordinator – FT Office-Based Role in Swansea
Are you highly organised, detail-driven, and passionate about ensuring the smooth and successful delivery of client projects? Do you thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment and take pride in delivering exceptional service and logistics efficiency? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our small, friendly, and professional team, where every contribution is valued and appreciated.
At Blank Group Ltd, our core values of Caring, Motivated, and Genuine are at the heart of everything we do, and we’re looking for someone who shares these values to help us deliver high-quality fulfilment and logistics support for our clients.
We offer smart, modern offices in Fforest-fach, Swansea, with easy free parking. You’ll be joining a company with a clear vision for the future, a strong record of growth, and an open, collaborative culture.
This is a full-time, office-based role offering 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

THE ROLE

As our Logistics Data Coordinator, you’ll be the central point of coordination for our logistics and fulfilment function—helping ensure successful dispatches, smooth operations between teams, and satisfied clients. You’ll work closely with our Production and Warehouse teams, manage courier relationships, and ensure systems and processes are followed efficiently and accurately.
You’ll also need to be confident using systems and spreadsheets, creating shipping and message labels, and resolving issues quickly. Attention to detail and the ability to stay calm under pressure are a must.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinate the outward shipping of Direct Mail and Bulk Shipments, including courier booking, label creation, tracking, and handling export queries
  • Liaise between Production and Warehouse teams to ensure seamless fulfilment and dispatch of client projects
  • Export data from systems (e.g., InecManager and RD Marketplace), prepare shipping and sealing labels, and send message cards as required
  • Manage our InspiraPack Returns system efficiently
  • Support monthly invoicing processes for call-off clients, ensuring timely and accurate billing
  • Maintain GDPR compliance when handling and exporting data
  • Manage day-to-day relationships with courier services and 3rd-party storage/shipping providers
  • Occasionally assist with light packing duties as part of the team effort
