We are seeking Logistics & Delivery Advisors with Dutch and English to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria. In this role, you will be the vital link between customers and their global shipments, solving real-time delivery puzzles and ensuring a seamless tracking experience for an international audience. Key Responsibilities Handle customer care inquiries regarding global shipments via phone, email, or chat. Track and troubleshoot a variety of shipping statuses, including delivered, undelivered, delayed, or lost packages. Investigate delivery discrepancies by coordinating with courier networks, distribution centers, and sorting facilities. Provide accurate, friendly, and efficient solutions to customers while maintaining precise documentation in internal logistics systems. Requirements & Profile Needed Languages: Native or proficient level of Dutch paired with a strong working command of English. Skills: Excellent communication, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and strong empathy for customers awaiting their shipments. Location: Must be located in or ready to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria. (Note: Relocation support is available for candidates moving from abroad). Work Schedule & Hybrid Model Location: Modern administrative offices in Sofia. Work Model: Hybrid flexibility (combining office collaboration with the convenience of working from home). Schedule: Rotational shifts operating Monday to Saturday between 08:00 AM and 09:00 PM.
