Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to announce an opening for a Logistics & Delivery Advisor who is proficient in Dutch to join our team in Greece. In this role, you will be the bridge connecting our Dutch-speaking clients with effective logistics solutions, ensuring their needs are met with utmost satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Provide top-notch logistical support to our Dutch-speaking clients through various communication channels. Manage the coordination of shipments and track their progress to ensure timely delivery. Handle customer inquiries regarding orders, shipping options, and resolve delivery-related issues. Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions and document resolutions using our systems. Work closely with internal logistics teams to optimize service delivery and process efficiency. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to offer relevant advice to clients. Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is required. Previous experience in logistics, customer service, or a similar role is advantageous. Excellent communication skills with a strong customer service ethos. Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities within a dynamic work environment. Familiarity with CRM software and logistics management tools is helpful. Proactive problem-solving skills and a dedication to delivering high-quality service. Willingness to work collaboratively in an international team and adjust to a diverse work culture.
