Mercier Consultancy MD is seeking a talented Logistics & Delivery Advisor who is fluent in both French and English to join our team in beautiful Greece! In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth logistics operations and providing outstanding support to our French-speaking clients. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment while making a significant impact on customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Deliver exceptional logistical support and customer service to French-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat. Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and accurate tracking of shipments. Assist customers with inquiries related to their orders, shipping options, and delivery-related issues. Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records using our CRM system. Collaborate with various internal teams to streamline processes and improve service efficiency. Stay informed about industry standards and best practices in logistics to provide relevant guidance to customers. Fluency in French (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is required. Experience in logistics, customer service, or a related field is preferred. Strong communication skills with a customer-oriented mindset. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with logistics software and CRM tools is a plus. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to quality service. Willingness to work collaboratively in a diverse team and adapt to changing needs.
