Overview
As the Logistics Depot Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth day-to-day running of our depot’s logistics function, with a strong focus on trailer monitoring and site parking coordination. You will work closely with our Logistics Department, service and workshop teams to ensure efficient and safe operations. Reporting to Lead Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage depot trailer parking logistics and ensure proper space utilisation
• Monitor and coordinate trailer movements and allocations within the depot
• Ensure each trailer/unit parked in depot is monitored and checked daily
• Utilising and maintaining the depot parking planning system
• Maintain site safe safety and ensure compliance with internal policies
• Set-up and pack down of mobile medical units within depot
• Ensuring truck wash equipment is maintained with soap and fuel
• Fuelling trailer generators (on-site)
• Holiday/sickness for the shunter driver

Requirements

• Must hold a C&E licence
• Must be physically fit, this is a hands on role that involves manual handling and being on your feet for extended periods
• Needs to be computer literate with Excel, PowerPoint and Word documents
• A proactive attitude towards safety and adherence to H&S regulations
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with team members and managers
• Must be MRI scanner safe (no magnetic metal in your body).

Remuneration - £35,000 to £40,000 pa depending on experience.
