The role A hands on role leading a small team of Logistics Team Members to enable the accurate and efficient processing of Inbound Materials through to the Production Line enabling On Time in Full (OTIF) delivery to the end customer. Role responsibilities Ensuring operations are conducted to the highest level of Health, Safety, Quality and Environmental performance. Communicating accurately with Logistics Management, Supply Chain and Site Security to ensure efficient processing of both Inbound and Outbound consignments. Accurate and timely provision of components to Production and supporting departments. Liaison with Supply Chain to resolve and problems with inbound consignments promptly. Picking of components to support customer orders. Maintaining accurate movement and LOT control of materials using WMS (LN). Loading of outbound product destined to our Customers/Suppliers. Occasional transportation of products to off site storage facilities. Processing of recyclable materials. Maintaining a very high standard of housekeeping both internally and externally. Other Logistics related tasks as requested by Management/Supervision Knowledge and experience required Knowledge of Logistics Operations and associated supporting activities. Possession of a current Fork Lift Truck License would be advantageous. Clean Driving License. Knowledge and experience of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) would be advantageous.
