Sport Driving Canada is currently seeking a full-time Vehicle Logistics & Detailing to join our client’s team at the Porsche Experience Centre Toronto (PEC). EDUCATION:

Bachelor’s degree in Business / Engineering or Technical School Degree preferred, or equivalent

EXPERIENCE (JOB AND INDUSTRY):

  • 5+ years working experience in the automotive industry, preferably in After-Sales / Fixed Operations
  • Previous service experience in Porsche dealership preferred
  • Significant experience and knowledge of the Porsche brand preferred
  • Experience in the automotive industry and/or a track environment is preferred but is not a requirement
  • Service writing at a dealership for luxury car or VW family brand preferred

  • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects
  • Strong analytical skills and leader skills
  • Highly organized, target oriented mindset, works well without close supervision

Responsibilities
  • Manage daily vehicle movement, ensuring readiness for PEC events, NVDs, and activities​
  • Conduct inspections and maintenance of fleet vehicles, including cleaning, fueling, and minor adjustments
  • Ensure all vehicles meet Porsche detailing standards, including interior and exterior care
  • Collaborate with the NVD Specialist to prepare vehicles for delivery, ensuring flawless presentation and readiness​
  • Work closely with the Workshop Supervisor to oversee fleet tracking, repairs, and retirements
  • Support Drive Team and Events Team in preparing vehicles for track activities, demonstrations, and customer programs​
  • Maintain accurate records of vehicle assignments, mileage, and maintenance schedules
  • Act as the point of contact for logistics related to fleet movements, including vehicle transportation and storage coordination
