ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Logistics Documentation Trainee, you will play a key role in ensuring our documentation meets internal standards and regulatory requirements. You will support Evac’s organizational goals by maintaining accurate and compliant records and by contributing to continuous improvement in our processes.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure all documentation is accurate, current, and compliant with internal standards and external regulations.
• Manage, obtain, and maintain documents that support quality assurance, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with Evac customers, freight forwarders, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth documentation flows.
• Develop systems and procedures for document retrieval to facilitate easy and efficient access to critical information.
