YOUR ROLE IN OUR TEAM

As a Logistics Employee at Decathlon, you’ll be part of a dedicated team responsible for ensuring smooth operations in our state-of-the-art facility. Your main duties will include:

• Processing orders efficiently using advanced robotic systems
• Collaborating with team members to meet daily goals and targets
• Maintaining high standards of accuracy and safety in all operational processes
• Opportunity to develop into specialized roles such as ‘captain’ or ‘trainer’

The ideal candidate for this role will possess:

• A passion for sports and an active lifestyle
• Flexibility to work 32-38 hours per week, including one weekend day
• Availability for various shifts (morning, afternoon/evening, night)
• Excellent command of English
• Valid Dutch passport/visa/work permit
• Residence within a 30-minute radius of our Tilburg warehouse
