JASARA PMC is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Logistics Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and optimizing the logistics processes for our civil engineering projects. As a Logistics Engineer, you will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure the efficient movement of materials, equipment, and personnel while adhering to project timelines and budget constraints. Your expertise in logistics management will be critical in planning and implementing strategies to enhance operational efficiency. You will be responsible for analyzing logistics systems, monitoring performance metrics, and identifying opportunities for improvement. By collaborating effectively with project teams, you will help facilitate the success of JASARA PMC’s ambitious projects in Saudi Arabia. Responsibilities Plan and coordinate logistics operations, including procurement, transportation, and distribution of materials and equipment. Analyze logistics systems and workflows to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions. Collaborate with project teams to develop and implement logistics plans that align with project objectives. Monitor logistics performance metrics and generate reports for management evaluation. Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements in all logistics activities. Communicate effectively with suppliers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless logistics operations. Assist in budget management and resource allocation for logistics operations. Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in logistics management within the construction or engineering industry. Strong understanding of logistics principles and best practices. Experience with logistics software and tools for tracking and analysis. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work well under pressure and meet project deadlines. Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures in logistics.
