Role: Ocean Import Operator - Key AccountsLocation: Birmingham, West MidlandsPackage: From £33,000+ plus 25 days annual leave + bank holidays + bonus

We’re working with an industry leading forwarder in the Birmingham area that are looking for an excellent and experienced Ocean Import Operator.

• Responsibilities:Handling Ocean/Sea Import freight shipments from start to finish
• Looking after key customers, ensuring all their bookings are complete from Start to Finish
• Ensuring customers are assisted and kept up to date of progress at all times.
• Taking on responsibilities to ensure all customers queries are dealt with
• Securing the best rates, maximising profit on jobs
• Completion of Customs declarations - import/ export

• Requirements:Previous experience working on Ocean/ Sea Freight Shipments
• Knowledge of complete operations process from Start to Finish including customs
• Excellent customer service skills
