Roles & Responsibilities

1. Coordinate vehicle shipping and export documentation (bill of lading, customs clearance, freight booking)
2. Liaise with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and customs agents
3. Track shipments and update customers/sales team on delivery timelines
4. Ensure compliance with export regulations for different destination countries
5. Maintain accurate records of shipments, invoices, and export files

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Proven experience in Automotive Logistics (vehicle export/shipping specifically preferred)
2. Hands-on working knowledge of JAFZA, Dubai Trade, Dubai Chamber, and Dubai Customs systems
3. Strong organizational and follow-up skills
4. Familiarity with export documentation and customs procedures
5. English required; Arabic or additional languages a plus
