Job Purpose Ensure vehicles are delivered to the various branches on time, with the requested fitments and zero discrepancies, to achieve high internal customer satisfaction. Assist the Operations Manager in yard operations, including vehicle storage and yard management functions Job Description Order Management Receive daily order-picking requests from the system and convert them into operational actions. Identify and highlight system errors throughout the entire logistics flow, coordinating IT fixes to prevent delivery delays. Execute manual transactions in the Keyloop system when necessary. Act as the communication link between external fitment vendors and the Accessories department to ensure vehicles are completed within specified timeframes and quality standards. Ensure vehicles are presented to fitment vendors as required to commence fitment activities. Serve as the central communication point between Sales, PDI, and Logistics departments for all Chinese models, ensuring accurate information flow to support sales interactions with customers. Closely monitor the daily Delivery Due List to ensure all vehicles are delivered on the promised date; initiate necessary actions or escalate issues for delayed vehicles. Manage priority vehicle deliveries in coordination with the PDI and Transport departments. Inventory Management Ensure inventory accuracy in the Keyloop system, maintaining correct vehicle status and location data, and trigger manual corrections when required. Oversee stock receiving in the Keyloop system following physical vehicle clearance. Conduct monthly perpetual stock counts to verify system accuracy versus actual inventory, investigating and resolving any discrepancies in a timely manner. Operations & Administration Monitor operational performance via the RFID Supply Chain System and initiate corrective actions when required. Track daily KPIs and update departmental KPIs for monthly management reporting. Manage office administration for HR-related items, including Time & Attendance and leave planning. Qualifications, Experience & Competencies Tertiary education with a diploma or certificate in Logistics, Administration, or a related field. 5–6 years’ experience in warehouse and logistics operations. Strong computer literacy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and the ability to manage large datasets in spreadsheets. Fluent in English, with excellent reading and writing skills. Experience with ERP systems such as Keyloop, Oracle, or SAP is an advantage.
