Roles & Responsibilities

• Customs Clearance: Clear import shipments using the Dubai Trade Mirsal 2 portal. Submit required paperwork directly to Dubai Customs.
• Document Preparation: Prepare and verify commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and bills of lading.
• Inventory Control: Create and process Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) upon physical arrival and inspection of items.
• Financial Support: Assist with VAT preparation and basic tax record-keeping.
• Coordination: Work with transport agents, warehouses, and authorities to prevent clearance delays.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Experience: Minimum 2 to 3 years of office, logistics, or trading experience in the UAE.
• System Skills: Hands-on experience with Mirsal 2 (Dubai Customs) is mandatory.
• Documentation Knowledge: Strong grasp of import paperwork, shipping terms, and HS codes.
• Software: Good working knowledge of MS Excel and basic accounting/ERP systems.
• Education: High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, or a related field.
