JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Coordinator to manage the end-to-end flow of automotive parts, vehicles, and related materials. The role is responsible for ensuring efficient import/export operations, coordinating with suppliers and freight forwarders, and supporting production and distribution activities to maintain seamless supply chain operations.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–4 years of logistics/supply chain experience (automotive industry preferred).
• Knowledge of international shipping procedures, Incoterms, and customs regulations.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities.

• Coordinate the inbound and outbound transportation of automotive parts, vehicles, and accessories.
• Manage shipping documentation (invoices, packing lists, customs clearance, certificates of origin, etc.).
• Track shipments to ensure on-time delivery, resolving delays or discrepancies.
• Liaise with freight forwarders, customs agents, and suppliers to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock levels to avoid shortages or overstocking.
• Support production scheduling by ensuring timely delivery of critical automotive components.
• Optimize logistics processes to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
• Prepare periodic reports on shipping status, logistics costs, and KPIs.
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, health, and safety standards.
