Isn’t that beautiful? #LI-RO1 The Logistics Executive is responsible for supervising and coordinating daily warehouse operations, including inbound, storage, outbound picking, and returns handling. The role ensures effective planning and execution of tasks, optimal manpower deployment, and adherence to operational processes. It drives workplace organization through implementation of 5S, enforces warehouse safety standards, maintains inventory accuracy, and ensures timely and efficient order fulfillment. Main Roles and Responsibilities 1. Warehouse Operations Management Collaborate with the Assistant Manager and other Logistics Executives to set daily warehouse operational priorities, activity plans, and targets for inbound, outbound, and returns processing. Monitor inbound shipment processing including piece count verification, put-away, and SAP system transactions to ensure completion within established KPI lead times. Coordinate and resolve inbound system transaction issues by engaging the appropriate personnel or support teams. Analyze delivery order volumes and plan adequate manpower allocation to support daily warehouse operational requirements. 2. Inventory Control & Accuracy Execute monthly Storage Location maintenance both physically and within the SAP system to ensure proper inventory segregation (good stocks, damaged stocks, and expiring stocks). Supervise and ensure proper implementation of processes during the annual inventory stocktake to maintain inventory accuracy and compliance. Verify and ensure accurate SAP Post Goods Issue (PGI) transactions in alignment with the actual quantities and batches served. 3. Order Fulfillment & Delivery Coordination Ensure all required delivery documentation is complete and verified prior to picking activities. Monitor outbound order fulfillment processes to ensure timely and accurate order preparation and dispatch. Address delivery and service-related issues raised by internal customers by identifying root causes and implementing appropriate solutions. 4. Performance Monitoring & Reporting Prepare and analyze monthly warehouse and inventory KPI reports to evaluate operational performance. Monitor team productivity and ensure alignment with defined operational KPIs and service level targets. 5. Compliance, Safety & Operational Excellence Lead and sustain the implementation of 5S (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) standards across all warehouse areas to ensure an organized, efficient, and disciplined operational environment. Enforce warehouse safety policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, ensuring safe handling, storage, and movement of products to protect employees, inventory, and company assets. Conduct regular workplace inspections, safety audits, and housekeeping assessments to ensure compliance with safety standards and operational procedures. Identify operational risks and proactively implement corrective and preventive measures to mitigate safety hazards and improve overall warehouse safety performance. Foster a strong safety culture by promoting awareness, ensuring proper use of warehouse equipment, and reinforcing adherence to safety guidelines and best practices. Support operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives by evaluating warehouse processes, identifying efficiency opportunities, and managing risks associated with operational or process changes. Qualifications and Experience Education Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field is preferred. Experience Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain operations. Hands-on experience managing daily warehouse operations, including inbound, storage, outbound, picking, packing, returns, and inventory control. Experience in enforcing warehouse safety standards, conducting safety audits, and ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations. Exposure to ISO-certified environments or structured quality management systems is preferred. Proven track record in managing warehouse teams, allocating resources, and ensuring operational efficiency while maintaining safety and compliance. Experience in implementing 5S practices and continuous improvement projects to improve operational efficiency and workplace safety. Familiarity with SAP or other warehouse management systems for inventory management, stock movements, and operational reporting. Experience in preparing and analyzing operational KPIs, reports, and dashboards to monitor productivity, inventory accuracy, and safety performance.
