Richemont – Logistics Executive HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT? You are experienced in logistics with a focus on export, import, transportation and trade compliance. You will oversee the shipments of general cargo, valuables and spare parts from shipping origin (EU or CH) to POS (point of sales). You will ensure that transport, Custom clearance and delivery are completed in a timely manner in cooperation with our shipping partners. You will work with customer service to organize repair shipments to the regional hubs and coordinate customs clearance for the returned items. You will check for product and trade compliance of the materials to be sent for events and store renovations and ensure that the materials are delivered to the final points without any delay. You ensure the delivery of high standard logistics services in transport organization for internal and external Boutique transfers, photo shooting etc. You have a strong focus on business needs for our internal and external customers. Your handling of system based product flows is excellent. Your challenge includes fulfilment of the compliance rules concerning customs, warehouse and transportation. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless execution of daily logistics and customs operations for Richemont Istanbul. Your main responsibilities will include: • Managing all customs-related activities (import/export) across different maisons such as Cartier, Piaget, Alaia etc.. including preparing customs instructions, coordinating with customs brokers, and handling declarations in close collaboration with our Maisons. • Overseeing cross-dock operations in cooperation with our brands. • Ensuring proper archiving in line with legal regulations and internal procedures, including systematic folder organization, numeric sorting, and labeling. • Executing inbound and outbound system transactions (e.g., posting goods receipt/issue, monitoring serial numbers, stock transfers, issuing delivery notes). • Preparing customer service repair invoices and organizing last-mile deliveries when required, including packaging coordination. • Supporting month-end closing procedures, ensuring accurate allocation flows and invoice visibility with carriers. • Collaborating closely with suppliers to secure timely and compliant transport solutions while maintaining high supplier performance standards. • Ensuring all product and trade compliance requirements and reporting obligations are fulfilled on time, including participation in regional PTC meetings with the Regional Director of PTC. • Acting as a reliable business partner to Local Maisons, providing end-to-end logistics support. • Contributing to cross-functional logistics operations in alignment with business needs and your line manager’s guidance. Your Profile You will be successful in this role if you bring: • A degree in Logistics or equivalent professional experience. • Proven experience in a similar role or related working environment. • Strong knowledge of customs operations, transportation regulations, and inventory transactions. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and SAP. • Strong communication skills, accountability, and the ability to perform under pressure. • Autonomy within defined frameworks and a collaborative team spirit. Additionally, you are: • A native-level Turkish speaker with advanced proficiency in English. • Open to occasional business travel abroad.
