Work #LikeABosch Job Description Review and verify EXIM billing invoices; submit to Finance/CF team and prepare related reports Prepare supporting documents for export-import clearance processes, including insurance documents, Power of Attorney (POA) letters, and Delivery Notification Proof (DNP) Maintain organized and up-to-date digital archives of EXIM documentation Compile and submit accurate daily activity reports Qualifications College students preferably majoring in Logistics, Management Transportation, or a related field Basic understanding of export-import processes and documentation requirements Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting Good organizational skills and ability to manage documentation efficiently Effective communication and coordination skills, especially when working with cross-functional teams Able to work independently with minimal supervision and meet deadlines Additional Information Full-time paid internship for 6 months (January-June 2026).
