A freight forwarding and logistics provider is hiring a Logistics / Freight Customer Service Coordinator in their office in Grimsby.

Responsibilities:

• Arranging bookings for air freight, ocean freight and road freight
• Liaising with customers daily, providing an excellent service throughout
• Main point of contact for customer enquiries
• Updating the system with booking information

Experience:

• At least 1 years Logistics, Shipping or Freight Forwarding experience
• Customer focussed with the determination and willingness to deliver an excellent level of service
• Strong IT skills
