Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics and Inventory Coordinator to oversee and coordinate the movement of goods across Canada and the USA.This role will be responsible for managing all inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely and cost-effective transportation, and maintaining optimal inventory levels across multiple warehouses in both countries.

With divisions in both Canada and the United States, DD Beverage & Nutrition continues to expand its distribution and manufacturing capabilities. Our cross-border logistics network ensures efficient fulfillment while upholding our commitment to quality, innovation, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Logistics & ShippingPlan, coordinate, and monitor domestic and cross-border shipments between Canada and the USA.
• Select and manage carriers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to ensure timely and compliant delivery.
• Ensure proper documentation for international shipping (e.g., customs declarations, bills of lading, commercial invoices).
• Monitor shipping schedules and resolve delays or issues as they arise.
• Negotiate freight rates and service terms with logistics providers.
• Obtain freight quotes to provide accurate shipping rates and transit times for sales estimates, customer orders and inter-company transfers. 

• Inventory ManagementOversee inventory levels and stock movement across all warehouse locations in Canada and the USA.
• Prepare weekly stock reports to provide an overview of inventory levels.
• Coordinate inter-warehouse transfers to balance stock and meet demand.
• Implement and manage inventory tracking systems to ensure accuracy and minimize shrinkage.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and full inventory audits.
• Collaborate with procurement and sales teams to forecast demand and avoid stockouts or overstock situations.
