THE PROGRAMME

Are you a recent graduate looking to kick-start your career in the logistics and shipping industry? Join our 18-month Graduate Programme and gain hands-on experience in multiple departments, including:

  • Financial Operations: Develop a strong understanding of financial processes and management.
  • European Transport: Learn the intricacies of transporting goods across Europe efficiently.
  • Pricing and Procurement: Master the art of strategic pricing and procurement.
  • Import and Export Operations: Gain comprehensive knowledge of global trade and logistics, from navigating international regulations to coordinating the movement of goods across borders in both sea and air.

We are seeking motivated graduates who are eager to learn and thrive in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A natural drive for improvement and innovation.
  • An ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.

GENERAL SKILLS

  • A degree, preferably a 1st or 2:1.
  • An interest in all areas of logistics.
  • Good verbal and written communication, to provide a professional image to customers and suppliers.
  • The capacity to work in a high-pressure environment whilst remaining calm when under pressure.
  • The ability to liaise with a global network of agents, suppliers and hauliers.
  • The skill to prioritise a large number of tasks to ensure accuracy and deliver results with great attention to detail and a high sense of urgency.
  • A positive attitude and good problem-solving skills.
  • Be commercially aware and able to grow repeat business and develop new opportunities.
  • The drive to succeed and want to make a contribution to the business.
