Logistics III Driver   Trillium is looking for a Logistics III- Driver to join our team! This position calls for a dynamic, motivated individual responsible for assisting  the general warehouse upkeep, organization, packaging, shipping and completing deliveries to various locations. This position is based in our Canton, MA location.  This is an amazing opportunity to join a rapidly expanding, family-run brewery and bring your expertise into the world of craft beer!   Job Duties & Responsibilities   * Driving only after obtaining their DOT certificate. Drivers will be educated on turns, backing, breaking with vs without a loaded truck, as well as truck maintenance and upkeep. Trillium will pay for the DOT physical exam, but the employee must schedule their own test with Norwood urgent care.  * Reporting any tickets, damages, engine codes, and other truck information such as sticker expiration, registration expiration and DEF levels.  * Monitoring truck supplies such as DEF, windshield washer fluid, coolant, cargo straps, tools and safety equipment (flares and fire extinguishers) * Learn Trillium's various inventory systems as well as how to take inventory of the different products Trillium stores in house. Employees will be expected to assist on inventory counts as needed. * Proficient operational knowledge of Trilliums various sites and the standards for delivery to each location * Coached and developed on how to make wise decisions while on the road and at locations to achieve the safest most efficient deliveries possible.            Additional duties may be assigned as necessary.   Desired Qualifications & Abilities Qualifications & Experience * Requires experience and demonstrated proof of safe driving and equipment use * Experience with inventory systems   Knowledge, Skills & Abilities * Must have a valid driver’s license  * DOT Certificate preferred * PIT certifications preferred * Ability to produce accurate and on time deliveries and pick-ups * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written * Ability to maintain and operate all equipment safely and efficiently * Can lift large, heavy items, up to 150 lbs * Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time * Ability to safely handle hazardous chemicals in accordance with strict safety protocols * Must be flexible to meet demands of the business, up to and including overtime   Benefits * Medical, dental and vision benefits with no wait period * Short term disability and life insurance * 401k plan with generous match with no wait period * Tenure Bonus Eligible * Paid time off * Educational Reimbursement Program * MBTA Pass discount * PPE Reimbursement * Trillium Comp Card * Trillium discounts * Philanthropy program * Employee gym
