We are looking for a Logistics Interface & Transition Project Coordinator (m/f/d) in the area of ​​Supply Chain Operations on a temporary basis.

****Your tasks:**** 

- Independent collaboration in large-scale logistics projects and taking on sub-project management – ​​particularly in the relocation, realignment, or acquisition of warehouse locations, as well as in the physical and system-related optimization of space.

- Continuous analysis of existing logistics processes at the interfaces with external partners and identification of optimization potential. 

- Definition of target processes and sustainable resolution of recurring errors, particularly in inspection, quarantine, and clearing processes. 

- Coordination and operational management of external logistics service providers (LSPs), quality assurance providers, and customs offices. 

- Conducting daily coordination and escalation meetings to ensure time-critical goods receipts and speed-up processes. 

- Responsibility for the overall clearing of logistical disruptions across system boundaries, especially in SAP, OCT, and ServiceNow. 

- Proactive inventory management to prevent long-term storage. 

- Representation of logistical interests within the framework of shop floor management. 

- Professional support of international interface partners and ensuring efficient collaboration.

Your qualifications:

- Completed Bachelor's degree, ideally in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain/Logistics, Supply Chain Quality, or Economics 

- At least 3 years of professional experience in planning, procurement, logistics, or supply chain 

- Sound knowledge of logistics IT/SAP R/3, good Google Workspace skills 

- Knowledge of lean management, project management, and process management 

- Fluent German and English skills 

- Independent, structured, and results-oriented work style 

- Excellent communication, persuasion, and assertiveness skills 

- Sense of responsibility and enjoyment of collaborating with internal and external partners
