Skills and knowledge that the student will acquire during practice:

• Intermediate in Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint.
• Basic Project management skills.
• Risk Analysis and Problem Solving
• Knowledge of internal TGCS processes.
• Relationship with different people in the TGCS organization chart.
• Communication with different levels of the organization of Toshiba Customers
• Development in the sales area.

It is expected that at the end of their internship the student will be able to:

• Know the delivery Process inside Toshiba for Toshiba products and third-party Products.
• Identify points of Risk in the delivery (Logistic) of a customer solution
• Know the ecosystem of Internal (Toshiba) areas as well as external Areas (Customer)
• Develop Strategies for projects and learn how to integrate the different areas inside Toshiba.

Job requirements:

• Structured and Organized
• Excellent oral and written communication (English and Spanish).
• Intermediate use of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Advance English.
• Basic Knowledge of project management methodologies
• In the last semesters of a Industrial engineering, Business Administration or related to Project management.

Main activities:

• Follow the complete end-to-end logistics for the delivery of a New Project.
• Manage the Internal DB for Purchase orders.
• Follow up internally on the creation of Proposals with the internal Teams.

Location: Mexico City.

Schedule specifications:

• 25 hours a week, Monday to Friday.
• Modality of the position: Hybrid , Toshiba Office
