Your Key Responsibilities Monitor the progress of issue resolution detected in the warehouse and update the implemented improvement measures. Assist warehouse management in preparing and compiling daily reports, incident reports, and inventory reports according to the proper formats and deadlines. Help check and store data related to warehouse operations in the management system or SAP software (if available). Communicate and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to collect necessary information for monitoring and reporting tasks. Support other administrative tasks as requested by the Warehouse Manager, such as organizing files, preparing documents for meetings or audits. Participate in activities supporting the implementation of operational process improvements in the warehouse as directed by the Warehouse Supervisor Other tasks as directed by the Warehouse Supervisor. Your Qualifications • Currently pursuing or recently graduated in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related fields. • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). • Good communication and interpersonal skills, able to coordinate effectively with different departments. • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work responsibly with minimal supervision. • Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and challengesAs a global company with employees around the world, it is important to us that we treat each other with respect and value all ideas and perspectives.
