e are seeking an experienced warehouse professional to take ownership of a busy Bellevue warehouse. This is a hands-on leadership opportunity suited to someone who has experience supervising a small team and is ready to take the next step into a Warehouse Manager role.

Working Monday to Friday, 6:00am to 2:30pm the successful candidate will lead a team of four warehouse staff and oversee daily operations including goods in, receiving, stock control, inventory accuracy, picking and dispatch. You will be hands-on across the warehouse while ensuring the team, stock and processes are operating efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee goods in, and ensure all orders are being pick, packed and dispatched correctly
• Maintain stock accuracy and investigate inventory discrepancies
• Monitor warehouse workflow, productivity and daily priorities
• Manage local freight and transport requirements
• Maintain warehouse safety, security and compliance
• Identify and implement improvements to warehouse processes and systems 

Key Requirements:

• Previous warehouse experience with team leadership or supervisory experience
• Strong understanding of goods in, inventory control, stock accuracy, picking and dispatch
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Good communication and leadership skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to identify and implement process improvements
• Current LF Forklift Licence and WA Driver's Licence
• LEAN experience highly regarded but not essential
