Benefits Medical Insurance Vision Insurance Dental Insurance 401(k) Paid Sick hours Job Description Operations Management: Overseeing daily warehouse logistics, such as receiving, storage, and shipping Inventory Control: Tracking products, conducting inventory counts, and reconciling variances Staff Supervision & Leadership: Supervising, training, and managing warehouse associates Safety & Compliance: Enforcing safety regulations and maintaining a safe work environment Efficiency & Improvement: Monitoring performance metrics and implementing process improvements Equipment Operation: Overseeing material handling equipment operations Documentation & Reporting: Maintaining accurate documentation and entering data into systems Collaboration: Liaising with various parties to ensure smooth operation Qualifications Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse and supervisory role Knowledge: Understanding of warehouse operations, inventory control, and supply chain management Technical Skills: Proficiency in computer systems, including WMS Soft Skills: Leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills A high school diploma or GED is required An associate or bachelor's degree in a related field is often preferred Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines. *** NO C2C *** Compensation: USD 25 - USD 28 - hourly
