Company: Ziyut Al Adaa Lubricants Trading Company (represented by XLNT Company) Industry: Industrial Lubricants (Cyclon, Klueber, TotalEnergies) Job Summary XLNT is looking for an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Logistics Lead to join our Support Office in Glyfada, Greece. As a Logistics Lead, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing the day-to-day logistics operations and administrative support for our team. You will ensure smooth communication between our HQ in Iraq, the Greek office, and our suppliers in Europe and the UAE while assisting with the overall operations of the company. You will receive full training and report directly to the leadership team. About XLNT & Ziyut Al Adaa Companies XLNT Company represents Ziyut Al Adaa Lubricants Trading Company in Greece, managing the exclusive import and distribution of Cyclon, Klueber, and TotalEnergies industrial lubricants for Iraq, with over 10 years of expertise and 30 exclusive lubricant contracts. Both companies operate under the same management, ensuring seamless coordination and dedication to exceptional service, technical support, in order to sustain market presence in Iraq and Middle East. Key Responsibilities Supply Chain Management: Track and manage all supply chain activities, including processing orders from suppliers (Europe and UAE) and ensuring timely deliveries to our warehouse in Iraq. Logistics Coordination: Coordinate with logistics companies to schedule and monitor outgoing shipments, ensuring they are delivered efficiently and on time. Record Keeping & Data Management: Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventories, and other logistical data in our ERP system, ensuring high levels of accuracy and ease of retrieval, in compliance with company policies and procedures. Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports to the management team, assisting with operational decision-making. Documentation: Prepare and manage shipping, invoicing, and customs documents as needed. Collaboration: Communicate and collaborate with teams in Iraq and Greece, ensuring timely and clear information flow. Daily Operations Support: Assist in various administrative tasks and day-to-day operations, contributing to the smooth functioning of the company. Education: Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related field). A Master’s degree in one of these disciplines is an asset. Experience: 3-5 years of relevant experience in logistics coordination, supply chain management, or administrative support, ideally in a fast-paced or international business environment. Language Proficiency: Fluent in both Greek and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems (experience with Softone & ClickUp is a plus). Attention to Detail: Consistently accurate with data handling, document management, and logistics coordination. Multitasking & Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Independent & Team-Oriented: Capable of working independently with minimal supervision, while also collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams. Proactive Attitude: Demonstrated ability to identify issues and act quickly, with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Availability: Willingness to work five days per week with a hybrid model 8-hour shift, from Monday to Thursday in our Vári office and on Fridays or Saturdays, the role transitions to remote work. Comprehensive Onboarding: Full induction into the company's culture, with guidance from experienced staff members. Flexible Hybrid Work Arrangement: Work remotely one day per week (Friday or Saturday), with the flexibility to adjust as needed based on team requirements. In six months, our offices will be relocating from Vari to Glyfada. This move is part of our ongoing efforts to enhance our workplace and operations.
