Purpose: The Logistics Management Analyst (LMA) is responsible for GP maintenance, GP data management and HMMP operations for Property Management (APS-2). Responsible for management of data and reporting for GFP maintenance, scheduled services tracking, TUV/UDT tracking, utilization tracking of GFP through OnPoint records. Provides PMO, leadership and all SHRHs with weekly status and updates related to GFP maintenance.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to fulfill each essential duty satisfactorily.
- Performs research related to GFP maintenance, usage, load tests, load rating, TUV/UDT status by using OnPoint.
- Analyzes/tracks scheduled maintenance for GFP property, at all locations.
- Analyzes data and performs research for required OEM or TM scheduled maintenance.
- Validates and reviews or processes all service, inspection, and maintenance actions for GFP in OnPoint.
- Performs data entry and verification of monthly cyclic and sensitive inventories.
- Manages reports for APS-2 Property Maintenance Cell and HMMP.
- Ensures HMMP inventories are conducted IAW inventory schedule and are property documented and closed out.
- Acts as the primary communication link, integrates/manages data and reports for GFP maintenance and HMMP.
- Processes all receiving, issues, and restock for HMMP documentation.
- Provides GFP readiness data integrity and validates data entry in OnPoint.
- Coordinates with appropriate SHRH/Alternates on all issues related to GFP maintenance.
- Maintains all information at no less than 90% accuracy unless otherwise stipulated.
- Generates all required Maintenance Cell and HMMP related reports, charts, graphs, data calls.
- Provides direction and guidance to personnel assigned to Maintenance Cell at all locations and Property HMMP.
- Provides timely, accurate and relevant information to the Property leadership and/or Government personnel as required.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualification & Experience Requirements: The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or abilities required.
- 5 years of recent specialized experience in logistics. Prior military supply experience (Army MOS: 92Y/920A or equivalent) is a plus.
- 2+ years of leadership experience preferred.
- At least two years of GCSS-A experience, preferred.
- Must have the ability to provide skilled analysis of data prepared and presented.
- APS knowledge and experience, preferred.
- Understanding of basic HAZMAT requirements to include Shelf-Life management.
- Must have strong organizational and planning skills.
- Must have basic knowledge in the use of MS Office, including Word and Excel, Outlook and other related applications.
- Must be able to function with an advanced level of English oral and written language skills.
- High School graduate or equivalent.
- Must be able to meet and maintain all base access security requirements.
- Must be able to meet and maintain all LIS access requirements (Common Access Card).
