Serve as a forward‑positioned Logistics Manager in Japan responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing Set the Theater activities in support of Air Force and joint mission objectives. Analyze operational requirements, synchronize with stakeholders, and lead efforts supporting deliberate, contingency, and crisis action planning across the Japan AOR. Join us. The world can't wait. You Have: 15+ years of experience in logistics management or civil engineering 3+ years of experience working with Air Force War Reserve Materiel (WRM) or Prepositioned Equipment 2+ years of experience in the INDOPACOM area of responsibility Experience allocating resources, providing capabilities to units, and planning and managing requirements Experience leading and participating in working groups or planning groups Knowledge of distribution management, materiel management, and contingency operations Ability to create effective information papers, emails, reports, and briefings, and present products to stakeholders and decision‑makers Secret clearance Bachelor’s degree Nice If You Have: 5+ years of experience supporting military logistics operations Experience with joint planning to support GCC initiatives Experience with theater distribution plans and orders, specifically within Japan or the broader Western Pacific Experience working on an operational or strategic‑level military staff Experience working in joint, interagency, intergovernmental, or multinational environments, including coordination with Japan‑based U.S. and partner‑nation units Knowledge of the DoD Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) process Ability to use MS Teams, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel Possession of excellent critical thinking, analytical, and problem solving skills Top Secret clearance Master’s degree Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
