Description
Purpose: Provides logistical support and research on all maintenance related issues. Administrator for Signal operational reporting groups. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Plans, coordinates, conducts, leads, and participates in briefings, problem solving meetings, and Brigade level discussions. Produces maintenance reports based on data compiled, tabulated, and computed, following prescribed formats. Maintains files of documents used and prepared, compiling detailed Power Point slants and Excel spreadsheets. Performs maintenance scheduling to include production schedules for scheduled and un-scheduled maintenance. Prepares, develops and coordinating reports for the Operations Manager or assigned Logistics Management Analyst to meet all program objectives. Ensures major projects and program schedules and plans are horizontally and vertically integrated across site functional groups including finance, material, and quality. Utilizes reports, charts and other project management techniques to gauge progress and identify performance variances to facilitate focus and intervention on critical areas. Ensures strict compliance to safety practices and support the Safety Policies and Procedures. Instills a safety-first mentality within respective work areas and a culture that achieves low accident rates and minimal lost-time injuries. Adheres to ISO Policies, Procedures, and Work Instructions in support of Quality Management System. Performs all other position related duties as assigned or requested. Minimum Position Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Experience: 6 yrs. planning experience to include briefing senior leadership required. Specialized Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Must have high-level experience using Microsoft suite; Power Point and Excel to illustrate/develop Maintenance / Supply reports. Must be comfortable with public speaking and giving presentations to small and large groups. Preferred Qualifications: Previous planning experience in Supply, Maintenance, or Logistics, preferred International driver’s license prior to deployment preferred. Certification, License & Clearance: Valid US Driver’s license required. US Citizenship required. Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a CAC, if required. Facility credentials/authorization required: Must be able to obtain and maintain facility and credential /authorization: Note- US Citizenship is required for facility credential/authorization at this work location. Work Environment, Physical Demands, and Mental Demands: Ability to perform job duties efficiently and effectively. Must be able to lift 50lbs. Must be able to work in extreme environmental conditions including dust and high temperatures. Must be able to endure long hours, exposure to weather and hazardous conditions. When performing work, responsible for adhering to environmental, safety, and health standards related to the activity, including the wearing of all Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). International driver’s license prior to deployment preferred.
