Career Opportunities: Logistics Manager based in Agios Athanasios, Thessaloniki (741) Requisition ID 741 - Posted 05/09/2025 - Greece Key responsibilities Leads the Inbound, Warehousing (Thessaloniki &Aspropyrgos) and Distribution operations in Greece as well as the S&OP activities of the group. Designs the end-to-end logistics organization and takes actions for continuous improvement in customer satisfaction (on time / in full deliveries) and in productivity. Deploys innovative solutions in the business processes and automation systems in the warehouses. Manages the S&OP activities related to Demand Planning &Raw, Packaging (international suppliers base) and Finished Goods inventories replenishment at the 6 stock holding locations of the group – domestic market and the subsidiaries abroad. Builds and maintains a high performing team with clear mission, roles &responsibilities. Ensures a strong customer satisfaction team culture. Candidate’s Profile Graduate in Logistics or Supply Chain from top tier university. MBA would be a strong plus. Minimum 15 years’ experience in leading large scale logistics operations at national level. Experience in designing effective operational processes. Know how in warehousing automation systems. Results driven personality with proven leadership skills and strong track record in building high performing teams. Strategic thinking, business acumen, team spirit and resilience. Excellent communication skills. Proficient in English language. SAP user experience is a strong plus. Availability to travel (25% of the time).
