KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse management
  • Strong leadership, team development, and time-management skills
  • High level of computer literacy (Excel, WMS, Google, shipping platforms etc.)
  • Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal skills
  • Excellent problem-solving ability with a hands-on, proactive approach
  • Strong attention to detail and an ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
  • Sound working knowledge of shipping regulations and logistics best practices
Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

  • This is a key leadership role in our warehouse and logistics operations.
  • You will take ownership of all aspects of daily logistics, overseeing warehouse processes, inbound and outbound shipments, leading a small team, and ensuring efficiency across stock handling, order fulfilment, and delivery coordination.
  • You will also work closely with senior management to align logistics operations with broader business goals and ensure our growing fulfilment demands are met with professionalism and accuracy.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage the full logistics lifecycle, from incoming to outbound
  • Lead and support a small warehouse team, ensuring targets and quality standards are consistently met
  • Coordinate documentation and inventory controls
  • Develop and refine warehouse systems and processes to drive efficiency and accuracy
  • Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic planning, forecasting, and capacity management
  • Maintain health and safety standards, and promote a clean, well-organised workspace
  • Assist with staffing schedules and provide hands-on support where needed
  • Support increased demand during seasonal peaks (October to December), with some flexibility for overtime and weekend work
