Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Logistics Specialist to oversee end-to-end logistics operations for an international automotive spare parts trading company.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate import, export, re-export, and local deliveries.
Work closely with freight forwarders, customs brokers, shipping lines, and transport companies.
Prepare and review shipping and customs documentation.
Ensure accurate HS code classification and customs compliance in accordance to UAE regulations.
Coordinate order fulfillment with Sales, Procurement, Finance, and Warehouse teams.
Monitor logistics KPIs, delivery performance and transportation costs.
Negotiate freight rates and logistics service agreements.
Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
RequirementsMinimum 3 years of UAE experience in logistics and warehouse operations.
Strong knowledge of UAE Customs and Free Zone procedures (Dubai South/JAFZA preferred).
Experience with ERP/WMS systems and Microsoft Excel.
Fluency in English are mandatory.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
