Key Responsibilities: Manages three warehouse staff (CAB, HYD and DT) to evaluate and implement logistics warehousing activities such as receiving, putting away, picking, packing and shipping merchandise and activities in compliance with related regulations. Drives towards a ZERO Injury culture by achieving a SIF &PSIF through continued deployment ACM safety recipe. Leading lean daily management for BIS, CI, Gemba. Maintains warehouse equipment and facilities. Manages and analyzes and documents key performance indicators of warehouse management in own area. Improves labor efficiency and develops SWP, multi-skill trainings to deliver VL & VB YOY target. Assists in implementing mechanization and automation approaches and techniques in a distribution center. Collects and translates the business requirements for specifications of warehouse management systems. Reduces all defects to meet the target. Drive defect free quality culture, 20% defect reduction for internal defect. Delivers MPU Missed Point of Use target YOY. Reviews POU miss RCCA/ICA/PCA to monitor POU miss reduction. Refines and implement BIQ through the value chain to demonstrate the capability of stopping. Deep implement LEAN initiatives, launched QA, RIW projects, RCCA, improved IPV Stop capability improvement to reduce the internal defects, rework time and unplanned stop, CI 8 / person. Drives in distribution network analysis and VST/VSM improvement activities. Leads Inventory Count, adjustment, including IRA count, reconcile and hot count to follow EP, local policy and standard operation process. Consults on alternative approaches to stocking and location control and their pros and cons. Key Requirements: Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree or above in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related fields; Minimum of 8 years of experience in warehouse or logistics management, with team leadership experience preferred; Familiar with warehouse operations processes including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping, as well as relevant regulations. Professional Skills Proficient in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and data analysis tools; Capable of developing and promoting Standard Work Procedures (SWP) and multi-skill training programs; Familiar with Lean Management (LEAN), Continuous Improvement (CI), and Gemba practices; Knowledgeable in the application of automation and mechanization technologies in warehousing (e.g., AGV) is a plus; Able to collect and translate business requirements into system specifications and participate in system optimization; Understands stocking strategies and location control, and can propose optimization solutions. Leadership & Communication Strong team leadership skills, capable of managing multi-role warehouse staff effectively; Excellent cross-functional communication and coordination abilities; Strong problem-solving skills, able to lead quality improvement initiatives such as RCCA, ICA, and PCA; Capable of promoting a safety-first culture and achieving zero-injury goals; Experienced in driving BIQ and IPV Stop capability improvements; English communication capability is a must. Performance & Quality Management Able to define and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to drive annual targets; Capable of reducing internal defect rates by 20% and improving operational quality; Familiar with POU Miss analysis and improvement processes, and able to drive RCCA/ICA/PCA closure; Experienced in leading VST/VSM analysis and optimization initiatives.
