Products that become part of people’s daily lives and we need a Logistics Manager to help us! What you'll be doing: Plan and select optimal delivery methods from China to the U.S. based on readiness dates, volume, cost, and timelines. Oversee consolidation and timely dispatch of shipments from origin warehouses. Create weekly Amazon FBA shipments and coordinate with suppliers. Conduct weekly DDP tenders, evaluate offers, and choose best price/route. Manage contracts and settlements with freight forwarders, including invoice validation and payment requests. Review and correct shipping documentation for compliance. Expand and maintain a reliable base of forwarders and carriers. Monitor logistics market trends (rates, transit times) and update benchmarks. Coordinate with U.S. warehouses to ensure proper receiving and stock accuracy. Handle claims with logistics partners in case of losses or errors. Maintain accurate in-transit inventory data and related documentation. Organize sample deliveries, product inspections, and customs clearance at both origin and destination. Prepare logistics cost analyses and provide reporting to internal stakeholders. What we're looking for: 3+ years in international logistics (China–USA routes, ocean FCL/LCL, air, courier). Experience with Amazon FBA shipments and Seller Central is a strong advantage. Ability to run logistics tenders, compare DDP rates, and choose optimal routes. Solid understanding of import/export procedures, customs documentation, and shipping papers. Confident handling of contracts, cost calculations, invoice checks, and claims. Skilled in coordinating warehouse receiving, inventory accuracy, and in-transit stock control. Strong analytical ability for logistics costs, rate monitoring, and reporting. Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables), Google Sheets, and logistics/ERP tools. Bachelor’s degree; English at confident Intermediate+. Additional skills we’d love to see: Experience in e-commerce or Amazon operations is a plus. Ability to work across China and U.S. time zones when needed. Familiarity with logistics platforms, WMS/ERP, or supply chain software is beneficial. What benefits can you expect? Competitive salary and performance-based KPI bonus after the probation period. A fast-paced environment that rewards learning, ownership, and initiative. 21 days of paid vacation with additional 3 personal days! Supportive and collaborative team culture that values innovation and reliability. Why should you join Concepta? Play a key role in scaling a fast-growing Amazon-focused beauty and nutrition brand.
