Job Description Develop and implement procurement strategies for materials such as steel, concrete, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems. Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with specifications and delivery timelines. Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics, including freight forwarding, customs clearance, and site delivery. Oversee staging, storage, and just-in-time delivery to minimize site congestion. Collaborate with construction managers and engineering teams to align logistics with project phases. Monitor procurement budgets and forecast material costs. Implement risk mitigation strategies (e.g., buffer stock, alternative sourcing). Use ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and construction platforms to track procurement and delivery. Maintain dashboards and reports for stakeholders on logistics performance. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Construction Management, or a related field. 8 - 10 years in logistics or supply chain roles, preferably in construction or infrastructure projects. Experience with data center, advanced manufacturing or large-scale industrial projects is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, customs regulations, and construction logistics. Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP preferred) and project management tools. Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage multiple vendors and coordinate across teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
